my own version of carrot cake ahaaaa
ingredients ..
self raising flour 3 1/2 cup
yogurt 3 ladle
sugar 1 1/2 cup
butter 500gm
eggs 6
vanilla essence (into the eggs)
cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
carrot 2 sticks
lemon zest
lemon juice 1 teaspoon
FOR THE TOPPING
Cream Cheese Frosting:
125g of cream cheese
125g of cream cheese
2 cups of icing sugar
3 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Bake for 30 mins or until skewer comes out clean at 180 degrees Celcius
